As FC Cincinnati's Manager of Business Analytics, you'll serve as a strategic leader in their Business Intelligence Department, overseeing analytical initiatives and managing a team of analysts to drive revenue growth, enhance fan experience, and support organizational decision-making. This role bridges data analytics with business strategy, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership while developing the capabilities of the analytics team.

What You'll Do:

As the Manager of Business Analytics, you'll lead cross-functional analytics projects, establish reporting standards, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of business analysts and CRM specialists, developing and executing the department's analytics strategy, overseeing the creation and maintenance of comprehensive dashboards, automated reporting systems, and KPIs, managing analytics projects from conception to implementation, establishing data governance standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols, and collaborating with IT and external vendors to enhance data infrastructure.

What You'll Need:

To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related analytical field. A Master's degree is a plus. You should have 3-5 years of experience in business analytics and advanced proficiency with SQL and statistical programming languages (R or Python). Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems are also essential.

Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Your experience in sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries is strongly preferred. You should have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
