  • A deposit before work begins
  • Progress payments at agreed milestones
  • Final payment upon project completion

6.4 Revisions

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Booma Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • You may cancel within 48 hours of signing the agreement for a full refund of any deposit
  • After 48 hours, cancellation is subject to payment for work completed to date
  • All materials created up to the cancellation date remain the property of Booma Studio unless otherwise agreed

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law
