As a strategic leader in FC Cincinnati's Business Intelligence Department, the Manager of Business Analytics will oversee analytical initiatives, manage a team of analysts, and deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth, enhance fan experience, and support organizational decision-making. This role bridges data analytics with business strategy, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership while developing the capabilities of the analytics team.
What You'll Do:
As Manager of Business Analytics, you will lead and mentor a team of business analysts and CRM specialists, providing guidance, professional development, and performance management. You will develop and execute the department's analytics strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and MLS/league initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the creation and maintenance of comprehensive dashboards, automated reporting systems, and KPIs across all business units.
What You'll Need:
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related analytical field; Master's degree a plus. Your experience should include 3-5 years of experience in business analytics. Additionally, you should have advanced proficiency with SQL and statistical programming languages (R or Python), expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau preferred), and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems.
