As we embark on an exciting journey to launch our innovative fitness app, we're eager to share our experience and insights with you. In this case study, we'll delve into the process of bringing our vision to life in a remarkably short span of six months.

Bringing Our Vision to Life

To achieve this ambitious goal, we assembled a talented team of three employees: a marketing director, operations officer, and creative lead for UX + UI design. This powerhouse trio enabled us to tackle various aspects of the development process, including hiring, training, strategy, planning, market research, conceptualization, customer experience research, behaviors and practices, low-fidelity assets, user flow analysis, concept development, validations, paid and earned user testing, high-fidelity prototyping, refinement, and more.

Preparing for Launch

As we head into the final stretch of our journey, we're preparing to send the high-fidelity prototype and master files to our development team. This milestone marks a significant turning point in our fitness app development process. By leveraging existing infrastructure (v2.0) and incorporating deep UX research, we've undergone an entire overhaul of UI elements, CX flow, and user experience.

The Bottom Line

Our investment in assets, research, user testing, and prototyping has totaled over $800, with a significant allocation of $180k for hiring and management. We're targeting a Q1 2021 launch date, and we'll be sharing more updates along the way. Stay tuned!
