The Position

As Product Analytics & Experimentation Manager, you'll be responsible for spearheading product analytics and experimentation initiatives that drive engagement with existing customers and open up new customer acquisition opportunities. You'll lead a team of product analysts, serving as the internal subject matter expert for all things experimentation and product analytics. Your role will be critical in helping product and commercial leadership make data-driven decisions, optimize product performance, and guide long-term product strategy.

The Game Plan

You'll work closely with our product and commercial teams to identify areas where KPIs, product metrics, insights, and experimentation can shape the roadmap or drive objectives. You'll execute the FNV product analytics and experimentation strategy, lead a team of product analysts, and serve as an authority for customer behavioral data. Your expertise will help us deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders, driving business outcomes.

The Stats

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, experimentation, or data science
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Strategic mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent understanding of product metrics and the latest techniques in measuring customer experience and app performance
  • Proven track record in implementing analytics and measurement solutions in a digital ecosystem
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
