The software distribution model known as Software as a Service (SaaS) has revolutionized the way we access and utilize various applications. By delivering software remotely as a web-based service, SaaS apps such as Salesforce, Workday, Concur, and GoToMeeting have become an integral part of modern business operations.
When it comes to supporting SaaS apps, Citrix Workspace provides a unified user experience for configured SaaS apps, virtual apps, or any other workspace resources. With the Secure Private Access service, users can access their SaaS apps with ease, security, and scalability.
To support SaaS apps using the Secure Private Access service, customer admins configure the apps using the service's intuitive UI. They provide the service URL to users, who can then launch the app by clicking on the enumerated SaaS app icon. The SAML assertion provided by the Secure Private Access service is trusted by the SaaS app, ensuring a seamless user experience.
