The Position
We're seeking a results-driven Manager, Paid Social – Casino to execute and optimize our paid social advertising efforts within the real money gaming space. In this role, you will manage day-to-day campaign operations with our agency partners and help develop data-driven paid social media campaigns to drive new player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across casino gaming verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
- Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Manage campaign strategy, audience optimization, and creative testing specifically for casino gaming verticals (slots, table games, live dealer)
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads are engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the online casino gaming audience
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPI, ROAS, LTV, new player conversion rates) and make data-driven decisions
- Execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and audience targeting for different casino game categories and player segments
- Collaborate with data science and analytics to build performance reports and present findings
Strategy Support
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with casino business goals and player acquisition targets
- Research emerging trends, technologies, and platforms in social media advertising to keep casino campaigns competitive and compliant
Team Collaboration & Development
- Manage and mentor Paid Social Coordinator – Casino, providing guidance on best practices and optimization techniques
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, analytics, game developers, and CRM / promo teams
Budget Management
- Manage assigned campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve performance goals across casino gaming verticals
- Monitor spend pacing and provide regular reporting on casino campaign performance and scaling opportunities
Job Requirements
What are we looking for?
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in paid social advertising, with at least 1-2 years managing campaigns independently
- Experience with app acquisition campaigns preferred, particularly in casino gaming, real money gaming, or other regulated industries
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, first deposit rates) in casino or gaming verticals
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in running app acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit Ads with focus on CPA optimization balanced by ROAS targets for casino gaming verticals
- Understanding of iOS 14.5+ attribution challenges and experience navigating SKAN limitations across paid channels
- Experience with audience segmentation and familiarity with MMP platforms (AppsFlyer preferred) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, PowerBI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Data Science, Marketing, or related field
- Understanding of mobile app attribution and measurement frameworks for casino gaming apps
