The Perfect Blend of Technical and Content Expertise

We're on the hunt for an SEO rockstar who can collaborate with our Paid Media team and other stakeholders to level up our website(s). If you have a strong background in technical SEO, enjoy digging into Google Search Console, and are comfortable working alongside content creators, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Owning the website's organic search presence from a technical SEO perspective
  • Working with engineering to ensure site speed is optimal
  • Identifying high-converting keyword pillars and creating content strategies to drive growth
  • Managing all metrics and reporting of SEO performance to the company
  • Expanding your sphere of influence beyond the marketing team and engaging as an SEO subject matter expert in cross-functional projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 3-5 years of experience working on high-performing teams, owning SEO strategy
  • Possesses a deep understanding of SEO best practices, including upcoming Google updates
  • Is familiar with different technical SEO aspects, such as site structure and schema
  • Has a track record of successful increases in organic traffic and key events
  • Can distill complicated concepts into clear plans for non-technical teams

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing an SEO team or outsourcing to external agencies
  • Press release expertise and content writing skills
  • A passion for exploring new approaches to improving SEO performance while respecting search engine guidelines

Compensation Range:

$105,000 – $115,000 annually + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.
