The Role

As a Product Owner within an Agile development team at Kaizen Gaming, you will drive the vision and development of products by using agile best practices to maximize the business value of the team's deliverables. Our Sportsbook Product vertical lies at the heart of our operations, driving the development and evolution of our flagship product. With a primary focus on mobile applications, our Sportsbook Product team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge features and functionalities, leveraging AI and experimentation to continuously enhance the betting experience.

Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will:

  • Drive one Scrum team as the Product Owner
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project
  • Create requirements in the form of epics and stories
  • Manage the backlog and iteration planning process
  • Lead the planning of product release schedules and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
  • Mitigate impediments that could impact the release/sprint goals
  • Support the team and organization by using agile / scrum best practices and promoting agile values

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with:

  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment
  • Extensive experience working on mobile applications, particularly on iOS and Android platforms
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience leveraging A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics (e.g., GA4, Looker, or similar)
  • Proven ability to define requirements that identify business challenges and outline the technical and business changes needed to address them
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
