Ondato has been hard at work bringing you the latest and greatest in identity verification solutions! In this release notes update, we're excited to share the new features, improvements, and updates that will take your swift app development projects to the next level. Whether you're building a KYC or AML monitoring system, our IDV service has got you covered.
Enhanced Customer Experience
In our latest update, we've made it easier for clients to map externalReferenceId when processing KYC Identifications API responses and webhooks. This allows for seamless integration with your existing systems. We've also improved the AML monitoring lists import functionality, allowing users to upload multiple files sequentially and view each file's progress.
IDV Service Updates
Our IDV service has been updated with Danish language support, making it more accessible than ever before. Additionally, we've released a Docker containerized IDV client version for easier integration with your existing systems.
AML Monitoring Enhancements
We've also made significant updates to our AML monitoring capabilities. Users can now select which datasets to search, and match cards align with AML monitoring and bulk screening results. Profile pictures appear on match cards when available, easing verification and making the process more user-friendly.
Reporting Updates
Our reporting features have been updated to include language selection for IDV reports. We've also replaced KYC and KYB identification report export with IDV report generation. Available report languages include English (en-GB), Lithuanian (lt-LT), and Spanish (es-ES).
AML Monitoring Goes Standalone
We're excited to announce that our AML monitoring product is now available as a standalone feature in Ondato OS. This means you can easily integrate AML screening into your existing workflows.
Bulk AML Screening
Take your AML screening to the next level with our bulk screening feature. Upload lists of legal or natural entities (XLSX, CSV) and screen them in one step. You can also review screening results by marking matches as false or true.
Document Signing with SMS/Email OTP
Sign documents globally using SMS or email OTP confirmation. This feature allows you to sign user-filled forms with signer personal data from KYC identification. Supported document sources include Form-generated PDFs, client-provided PDF documents during IDV session creation, and document photo upload.
Localization Updates
Our IDV Web application now supports the following languages: Croatian, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, and Slovenian. For the complete list of supported languages, please visit our Localization page.
Ondato Self-Registration
Introducing Ondato Self-registration! This feature enables new clients to easily create an OS account, select and customize products according to their needs, and accept the 'General Terms and Conditions' document. The process also includes completing the identification procedure powered by Ondato.
Adverse Media Check with KYC
Our Adverse Media Check feature monitors online sources for negative news (e.g., fraud, lawsuits) and summarizes findings using AI. This feature is available as an extra check and can be configured in the IDV setup upon request.
Business Cards AML Monitoring
AML business monitoring enables tracking of entities associated with business cards. Users can choose and add multiple entities to AML monitoring, depending on their presence on each active business card.
KYB ID API Updates
Recent updates to our KYB ID API have modified the post /v1/identifications/filter endpoint. By default, this endpoint will no longer return redacted sessions. However, a new request parameter, includeRedacted, has been introduced to allow users to include redacted sessions in the response if necessary.
Mobile SDK Updates
We've released React Native SDK v2.6.0, which completes our suite of mobile SDK frameworks. This update resolves previous issues and makes it significantly easier to publish your apps in the Apple and Google stores. Clients will no longer need to undergo additional store validations for unused features.
OnAge Product Release
Our OnAge solution allows customers to complete the process from anywhere, with any device, in a matter of seconds. With this method, Ondato employs AI and machine learning to gather and analyze biometric data, which is then used to create a 3D map of the customer's face and accurately place them in an age group.
