As an iOS Mobile Lead Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge tools that make data-driven decisions possible. What You'll Be Doing

As an iOS Mobile Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and well-tested code to ensure system scalability and high availability
  • Owning the mobile journey by taking end-to-end responsibility for our iOS applications, ensuring they remain robust, performant, and aligned with our high engineering standards
  • Expanding our global footprint by leading localised deployments and facilitating seamless app releases across new regions
  • Building from the ground up by architecting and delivering new features that bridge complex backend logic and refined user interfaces
  • Empowering and mentoring talent by managing a team of high-performing engineers and providing technical guidance and career coaching

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

  • Proven technical leadership with a track record of guiding iOS teams and mentoring engineers
  • Strategic planning and execution skills, partnering with Product and Engineering Managers to translate roadmaps into actionable milestones
  • A product-oriented mindset, collaborating with Design and Product teams to ensure technical implementation serves the user experience and business goals
  • Mastery of the iOS ecosystem, including Swift and SwiftUI, with a sophisticated understanding of mobile performance, state management, and modern concurrency
