How You'll Make an Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage campaigns across various markets, leveraging your expertise in Paid Social Media
  • Oversee the planning, testing, analysis, and scaling of paid campaigns to achieve KPIs
  • Perform data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance and drive growth for Theklicker
  • Collaborate with creative production teams to develop compelling concepts for campaigns and other Paid Media topics
  • Partner with broader marketing teams to identify data-driven improvements and drive growth for the company

What You'll Need to Thrive

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-budget Paid Social Media campaigns
  • An innovative mindset for experimental learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for creative enhancement
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing terminologies and technicalities
  • Proficiency in Excel, with capabilities in pivot tables
  • Exceptional attention to detail to meticulously identify errors
