Boby.ai, the Turkish startup revolutionizing mobile app development by infusing artificial intelligence (AI) into everyday user experiences, has secured a significant $1.25 million seed funding round. Led by London Venture Partners (LVP), a prominent gaming investor, and joined by Diffusion Capital Partners and F4 Fund, this milestone marks the company's commitment to scaling AI-powered mobile applications that delight millions of users.

Founded in 2023 by entrepreneur Gökçe Nur Oğuz, alongside Onur Olgun and Berat Oğuz, Boby.ai is blending game design sensibilities with generative AI to create innovative mobile tools. The startup gained popularity with its flagship app, Mozart.ai, which allows users to compose personalized music through AI. With over 2.5 million downloads since launch, the team has demonstrated their ability to develop mass-appeal products.

From Gaming Success to AI-Powered Mobile Apps

Prior to Boby.ai, Oğuz led two successful gaming ventures – Playable Factory and Fabrika Games – which created viral mobile games played by millions. This experience now informs the company's approach to rapid development, intuitive user experiences (UX), and high scalability in the AI app space.

"We've learned from our gaming success how to move fast, understand what users love, and scale," Oğuz explained. "This funding is validation that our approach works."

Backed by Industry Experts

For London Venture Partners, Boby.ai represents a rare combination of timing, talent, and technology that builds global companies.

"The Boby team has already shown they can build sticky, high-utility products for millions of users," said David Gardner, Founding Partner at LVP. "We believe mobile is the front door to consumer AI, and Boby.ai is building that front door."

Diffusion Capital Partners' Merve Akgün emphasized the critical importance of mobile access in driving AI adoption:

"Boby.ai combines deep domain knowledge with intuitive interfaces, making AI both accessible and useful."

F4 Fund's Joakim Achrén praised Boby's blend of technical depth and human-centric design:

"This isn't just another tech experiment. Boby is building next-gen apps that make AI truly human for everyday users."

What's Next for Boby.ai?

Fresh from this funding round, Boby.ai plans to expand its product lineup, grow its team, and double down on human-AI interaction models – the kind that turn smart technology into tools that feel like second nature. While Mozart.ai may be the first hit, the company's roadmap includes AI-driven productivity, creativity, and lifestyle tools, all delivered through mobile-first experiences.

"We believe mobile will remain the primary interface for AI for years to come," said CEO Gökçe Nur Oğuz. "And we're just getting started."
