About The Role
Join us in our Wilton, CT office as we seek a Digital Performance Marketing Director who will shape the customer journey from discovery to retention. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you'll oversee performance channels like SEM, SEO, display, affiliates, social, and email marketing, while driving personalized experiences that elevate the full digital experience.
How You’ll Make An Impact
As our Digital Performance Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating global performance marketing initiatives across paid media platforms, including search, display, retargeting, and social
- Developing and executing strategies to drive strong ROI and efficient customer acquisition costs
- Leading SEO efforts to increase organic traffic, page rank, and position through content production, copy updates, and back-end optimizations
- Strategizing and executing lifecycle marketing efforts to drive customer retention, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborating with digital product managers to improve funnel conversions, landing pages, and optimization ideas
- Providing regular reporting and insights to the marketing team and senior leadership
What You Bring to the Table
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing at a consumer brand (preferably B2B with some D2C)
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and developing marketing models and forecasts
- Strong understanding of media concepts, terminology, and bid-based buying models
- Experience working with conversion tracking, mobile marketing attribution partners, and digital reporting tools like Google Analytics
- Ability to synthesize data, conduct data-driven analysis, and present key insights to senior leadership
