FanDuel is seeking an exceptional Commercial Analytics Senior Manager to drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic marketing strategies. As part of our dynamic team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics to develop and execute retention marketing strategies that optimize customer engagement and loyalty.

THE ROLE

In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for conducting in-depth performance analyses to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for improvement. You'll use data visualization software like Tableau to convey complex analysis insights in an easy-to-digest format. Your expertise will inform marketing strategies, and your clear communication skills will ensure seamless execution across the organization.

THE CHALLENGE

As a mobile marketing analytics expert, you'll be tasked with:

  • Conducting performance analysis and providing data-driven recommendations for improving retention marketing strategies
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing strategy effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement
  • Providing support for CRM target selections via automated tools and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure prioritization and seamless execution of retention marketing initiatives

THE CANDIDATE

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced analytics professional who can bring the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical, technical, or commercial field with 2+ years of management experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel required; knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimental design a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
