As we continue to grow our global reach, we're seeking a talented Mobile Marketing Manager to drive top-of-funnel growth across our suite of healthcare education apps.
As the Acquisition Marketing Manager at Higher Learning Technologies Inc., you'll be responsible for owning our mobile marketing strategy and accelerating growth across our suite of healthcare education apps, including NCLEX Mastery and FNP Mastery. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads, app installs, and conversions.
Top-of-Funnel Growth
To achieve this, you'll focus on top-of-funnel strategies across paid, organic, website, and app store channels. This includes designing growth experiments that drive high-quality leads, app installs, and conversion rates. You'll also build multi-channel campaigns (paid social, SEM, ASO, content, lifecycle) and manage contractors supporting execution.
Website, Branding & SEO
In addition to top-of-funnel growth, you'll be responsible for optimizing our website experience, including user journeys, CRO, lead capture, and funnel performance. You'll define a branding strategy to unify multiple products under the HLT Mastery umbrella and lead an SEO strategy that includes keyword roadmap development, content alignment, on-page improvements, and technical SEO.
AI-Forward Marketing & Content
To stay ahead of the curve, you'll operate and evolve an AI marketing stack for research, targeting, content creation, personalization, and automation. You'll build marketing assets faster and smarter with AI, including landing pages, ads, webinar funnels, ebooks, and more. Your goal will be to champion AI adoption across the team to increase speed, reduce cost, and expand experimentation.
Analytics & Optimization
To measure success, you'll build dashboards to monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI. You'll analyze trends, optimize campaigns, and identify scalable growth opportunities. You'll also maintain clean data, accurate attribution, and effective automation workflows.
Qualifications
We're looking for a seasoned Mobile Marketing Manager with:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or acquisition
- Deep expertise across paid media, organic channels, SEO, website optimization, and analytics
- The ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team and build scalable systems from scratch
- A passion for data, dashboards, and measuring impact
- Strong skills in brand storytelling and content creation
- Fluency in AI tools and excitement to build an AI-enabled marketing funnel
- A full-funnel thinker who understands how every channel, campaign, and asset contributes to overall growth
