The Role

We're seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic growth and patient acquisition for our evidence-based treatments. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll ensure patients can easily find us online when searching for help, information, and treatment options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive mobile marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms related to insomnia, anxiety, and mental health needs
  • Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content for both users and search engines
  • Partner with the Content Manager to plan and optimize patient-centered content that answers search intent
  • Monitor and analyze performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Develop link-building strategies to increase authority and trust
  • Continuously adapt strategy and processes based on industry developments and algorithm changes

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of proven SEO experience, ideally in healthcare or digital health
  • Demonstrable track record of improving organic visibility, rankings, and conversions
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
